About Us

Established in 2022, after the success of our sister company Baby Steps Nannies (Est. 2017). We specialise in early years education, and supply to private nursery and school settings throughout London and Surrey. Baby Steps is a small, independent family run company with a genuine care and passion for providing competent and experienced staff to early years settings. As a smaller team, we pride ourselves on our personalised service, and being able to provide the same consultant as a point of contact for all of our clients and candidates alike. We are based in our sunny office, overlooking Epsom Downs, where we love nothing more than meeting our candidates! We cover both temporary and permanent placements, from apprentices up to senior management positions.
